    You guys gotta stretch once every day before doing this.Remember what your P.E teachers told you? stretch once then (if you remember how)then do a few push ups after do a few sit ups then last but not least cardio jumping jacks 10 or 20.then you’re ready for this work out. Hope that helps you guys out.
