If you have a lot of spare time or just have nothing to do.
You guys gotta … You guys gotta stretch once every day before doing this.Remember what your P.E teachers told you? stretch once then (if you remember how)then do a few push ups after do a few sit ups then last but not least cardio jumping jacks 10 or 20.then you’re ready for this work out. Hope that helps you guys out.
lol i started and … lol i started and then i stopped because i thought it was no use but now i’m going to start again..hopefully it’ll work and i can be able to do it everyday or every other day. thnks!! =)
