What is the best excercise to lose my hips?

I’m a thin girl, except for in the hips, what’s a good Excercise for me to lose a couple inches in that area?

I would keep the hips, guys like curves but to lose a little all you have to do is jog, hit the treadmil or exercise bike. You could even run up and down stairs for 5 minutes.

    I agree with the guy who said you should keep your hips, depending where the problem is: do you just have full curvy hips or do you have those saddlebags at the top of your thighs? Because I think nice round hips are a definite good thing! If they’re "bad" hips, lol, then just try to lose weight in general, but you can’t really control where your body chooses to burn it off of. The hip area might just be the one place your body stores fat, and losing it might be really hard. Don’t get too skinny!!!

    look it up online at somehting like cosmo or redbook or you can google for exercises! you will be able tohit any other problem areas that way too
