    this a good excercise it help me for making my knees stronger especialy for rounde house kicks .and now I do this excercies 100 times before i do other stuff great for my knees .thank you very much for posting this excercies .shows you know youre stuff .this excercises are some of the tricks that keep people doing martial arts for a long time thank you .
